    Forest Sam
    Duncan of Huntington, WV went 
    home Wednesday, October 3, 2012. He was born on October 13, 1943 to Owen and 
    Dorothy Duncan. He is survived by his 
    Huntington High School (Class of 1962) sweetheart and wife of 47 years, 
    Sally, his brothers, Owen "Buddy" Duncan of 
    Indianola, Iowa and Jim Duncan of 
    Huntington, WV, son Rod Duncan and wife 
    Sheri, daughter Robin Mankins and husband Larry, and son Chris
    Duncan. He was also blessed with eight 
    grandchildren, Amanda Duncan, Molly Mankins, 
    Matthew Duncan, Ashley
    Duncan, Sally Mankins, Joseph
    Duncan, Andrew 
    Duncan and Alexander Duncan. In his 
    nearly 69 years, he worked over 25 years at Duncan 
    Box & Lumber Co. during which he served as President of the Tri-State 
    Builders & Suppliers Association as well as President of the West Virginia 
    Builders & Suppliers Association. In 1989, he joined J.H. Fletcher & Co. 
    where he served as President, CEO and Chairman of the Board. He was also a 
    member of the Rotary Club of Huntington and the West Virginia Judicial 
    Replacement Advisory Committee. Visitors may call at Klingel-Carpenter 
    Mortuary on Friday, October 5 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. A memorial service will 
    be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, October 6 at Klingel-Carpenter by Rev. Skip 
    Seibel.
