Obituary
Betty Jane Hall Kirk,
84, of Huntington, WV, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 5, 2013,
after a long illness, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of
Huntington. Betty was born July 20, 1928 in Hamlin, WV a daughter of the
late Homer and Narie Pack Hall. She was a member of Central Christian
Church. Betty was the HR Director for Redi Products. She was the widow of
the late Clyde Elwood “Johnnie” Kirk, the love of her life. In addition to
her parents and husband Betty was preceded in death by her sisters Melba,
Marie, Reda, and Birdie and her three brothers Eurskel, Junior and Benny.
Survivors include three daughters and sons in law Joni and Randy Breeding of
Lexington, KY, Janie and Max Cassidy and Johnna and Wayne Miller all of
Huntington; four grandchildren Matthew, Mallory, Alyssa and Caitlin; a very
special niece and friend Pam Dice, caregivers and her special caregiver
Cheryl Smith and her precious cat, Scrunch. Funeral services will be
conducted at noon Friday at the Central Christian Church, 1202 5th Ave., by
Rev. Kevin Snow. Burial will follow in Springhill Cemetery, Huntington. The
Family will greet visitors at the church 2 hours before the service.
