Obituary
Hester Ann Clark,
94, of Huntington, WV, died Friday, June 21, 2013 at home. Funeral services
will be conducted at 1 pm Monday at the Reger Funeral Chapel with Minister
David Roach officiating burial will follow in Springhill Cemetery,
Huntington. She was the widow of Charles Richard Clark, the love of her
life, to whom she had been married 55 years. She was the daughter of the
late Margaret and Frank Ross, of Wayne, WV. Also preceding her in death was
her daughter and son in law, Sue and Gene Martin, son in law Keith Miller, a
grandson Fred Bowen and a great granddaughter Zoe Hager. Surviving are three
daughters, Nancy (Ronnie) Lauhon, their children Chuck (Heidi) of Madison,
Wisconsin, Michael and David Lauhon of Huntington, WV; Julie Miller and her
children, Jeff (Clarissa) Fuller, Jen (Paul) Flinchum of Huntington and
Brian (Christina) Fuller of Swansboro, NC; Charla (Mike) Johnson of Ashland,
KY and her children Christi Nolan (fiancé Scott Pratt), Ryan Hager both of
Huntington, WV, Glenn (Sarah) Hager of Roanoke, VA, Jason (Jan) Hager of
Cincinnati, Ohio. Marti (Scott) Morgan of Texas daughter of Sue and Gene
Martin. She had 13 great grandchildren, Samantha and Harry Lauhon, Drew and
Olivia Lauhon, Lauren and Lindsay Fuller, Abigail and Victoria Flinchum,
Nick, Brandon and Isabella Nolan, Hudson and Clark Hager. Hester was a
faithful member of the Ceredo Church of Christ. Special thanks to Dr. Dwayne
Tackett, the 5th floor neuroscience nurses at St. Mary’s Hospital, Hospice
of Huntington and a special friend Jo Wright. Friends may call two hours
before services, 11 am until 1 pm, at the Reger Funeral Home.
