Charlotte A. Norris

Charlotte Norris, 91, of South Point, Ohio, widow of Jesse Norris, Sr., passed away Tuesday August 13, 2013 at River’s Bend Health Care, South Point. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 pm Saturday at the Reger Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens, South Point. She was born January 17, 1919 in North Kenova, Ohio, a daughter of the late Charles and Katherine Riel Davis. She was a homemaker. In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by a son Gary Lee Norris and two brothers and four sisters. Survivors include two sons Jesse M. Norris, Jr. and Charles R. Norris; three daughters E. Katherine Norris, Lois DeCrema and Sally Sue Norris; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; one brother Billy Davis and her special friend Sandra Stanley. Friends may call from noon until service time on Saturday at the Reger Funeral Home.
