Obituary
Kenneth Alan Witt,
49 of Huntington, WV passed away Friday, September 21, 2012 in St. Mary’s
Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Monday at
Cross Lanes Baptist Church at 102 Knollwood Drive, Cross Lanes WV by Pastor
Seth Polk. Burial will be at a later date. Kenneth was born May 3, 1963 in
Charleston, WV. He was a veteran of the US Air Force and a graduate of Nitro
High School. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Sherman
and Freda Witt and maternal grandparents, Tony and Pauline McClanahan.
Survivors include his father Verril T. (Norma) Witt of Nitro, WV; and his
mother Linda P. (Paul) Roberts of St. Albans. Three Sisters also survive
him, Lora Witt, Rita (Eric) Parsons, Dora (Patrick) Belcher; several nieces
and nephews and many other family members. The family would like to extend a
special thank you to the staff of Prestera and of St. Mary’s Medical Center
for the care given to Kenny. Visitation will be from 5:00 -7:00 p.m. Monday
at Cross Lanes Baptist Church.
