Obituary
William Wolfe Jr.,
80, of Huntington, WV went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, February 25,
2015 at the Huntington VA Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted
on Saturday, February 28, 2015 at 2:00pm at the Reger Funeral Chapel by
Pastor Jody Fortner. Burial will follow at Bowen Cemetery. William was born
on September 9, 1934 in Huntington, WV the son of the late William Wolfe Sr.
and Marie Turner Wolfe. He was a retired machine operator with Owens
Illinois and a veteran of the US Marine Corp having served from 1951-1954 at
Parris Island and Trinidad with Platoon 432-7th Battalion. He is survived by
his loving wife Linda Lou Stephenson Wolfe of 60 years. Three children and
their spouses: Vera Marie Wolfe Hammond (Roger), William E. “Rocky” Wolfe
(Karla) and Cindy Lou Wolfe Brumfield (Steve). Six grandchildren: Louann,
Jamie, Rod, Dorinda, Jermey, Angie, and a special grand child Chasity and 12
and ˝ great grandchildren. Two sisters Betty Bellomy and Helen Wolfe.
