Obituary
Stella Mae Perry,
85, of Chesapeake, Ohio, passed away Thursday, April 2, 2015, at Cabell
Huntington Hospital, Huntington. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00
pm Wednesday at the Reger Funeral Chapel by Pastor Dewey Bias. Burial will
be in Burlington (Ohio) Greenlawn Cemetery. She was born August 8, 1929 in
Cabell County, W. Va. a daughter of the late Frank and Sarah McCoy
Canterbury. She was a former cook, a Baptist by faith and a loving Mother,
Grandmother, Great grandmother and homemaker to everyone. In addition to her
parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Ace Perry, three sons Jim
McCloud, James McCloud and Ricky McCloud, a daughter Sheila Cable, two
infant brothers, three sisters Mary Brewster, Roxie Romine and Melvina
McCloud and nine great grandchildren. Survivors include three sons Frank
McCloud, Jr. of Huntington, Granvel McCloud of Shoals, W. Va. and Robin Dale
McKinley of Chesapeake, Ohio, a daughter and son-in-law Wanda Lou and
Charles Hodge of Crown City, Ohio, twenty five grandchildren, forty three
great grandchildren, six great great grandchildren, a sister Hester Crabtree
of Huntington and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call from 6:00 to
8:00 pm Tuesday at the Reger Funeral Home, Huntington.
