Obituary
Donald Scott Smith,
70, of Nicholasville, KY, formerly of Proctorville, Ohio, husband of Brenda
Turner Smith, passed away Monday October 21, 2013 at the University of
Kentucky Hospital, Lexington, KY. Graveside funeral services will be
conducted at 11 am Thursday at Greenlawn Cemetery, Burlington, Ohio. Burial
will follow. He was born February 4, 1943 in Logan, WV a son of the late
Charles William and Cuzzy Vanhoose Smith. He was the owner of Smith's Truck
Tire Service. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by
nine brothers and sisters. Additional survivors include four sons Donnie
Ross of Columbus, Ohio, Ed Smith and Scott Smith both of Florida and Michael
Smith of Georgia; three daughters Tonya Westwood and Shari Butler both of
Florida and Donita Diamond of Michigan; six grandchildren Cole Ross, Kaitlyn
and Preston Westwood, Autumn, Dalton and Sage Butler and brother Terry Smith
of Florida. There will be no visitation. Reger Funeral Home is in charge of
arrangements.
