Mabel E. Smith

MABEL E. SMITH, 80, of Kenova, W.Va., has gone home with Jesus on Tuesday, August 7, 2012. Graveside funeral services will be conducted on Friday, August 10, 2012, at 2:30 p.m. at Docks Creek Cemetery. Mabel was a retired CNA from Foster Memorial Home. Mabel was born on December 12, 1931, in Kenova, WV, the daughter of the late Hatfield and Gertrude Stiltner Vaughan. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Robert Smith Sr., one son Gregory Smith and grandson Greg Smith, one brother and sister Orville Vaughan and Thelma Carver. She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law Robert and Rose Mary Smith of Kenova; one daughter Brenda Cervinski of Oregon; two grandchildren and their spouses, Jessica and Dale Harless and Timothy and Theresa Smith; five grandchildren and a special niece Christine Jordan. There will be no visitation.
