    Virginia Louise “Jenny” Linsenmeyer, 
    81, of Huntington, died Friday, November 26, 2010 in the Emogene Dolin Jones 
    Hospice House. Jenny was born March 11, 1929 in Carolina, W.Va. a daughter 
    of the late John Michael Russo and Nellie Lombardo Russo Linsenmeyer. She 
    was also preceded in death by her husband James Francis Linsenmeyer; two 
    brothers and a sister, Michael and James Russo and Dorothy Nenni and 
    step-father George Linsenmeyer. She was a graduate of Marshall University 
    where she was a member of Sigma Sigma Sigma Sorority and attended the 
    college of Mt. St. Joseph’s in Cincinnati, Ohio and was a retired school 
    teacher from Enslow Jr. High School. She was a member of St. Joseph’s 
    Catholic Church, The Catholic Daughters of America and a 20 year volunteer 
    for Hospice of Huntington. She is survived by two sons and one daughter, Dr. 
    George J. Linsenmeyer and his wife Paula of Huntington, James F. Linsenmeyer, 
    Jr. and his wife Kathy of Charleston, W.Va. and Charlene M. Farrell and her 
    husband Paul of Huntington; eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren, 
    Paul T. Farrell Jr. and his wife Jackie and their children Conner, Cahley 
    and Casey all of Huntington, Patrick J. Farrell and his wife Kathryn and 
    their children Joseph and Thomas all of Bridgeport, W.Va., Sean C. Farrell 
    and his wife Michelle and their daughter Carly all of Huntington, George J. 
    Linsenmeyer IV of Frankfort, Ky., Christopher C. Linsenmeyer of Hollywood, 
    Calf., 2nd Lt. Kevin P. Linsenmeyer of Camp Casey, South Korea, Michael J. 
    Linsenmeyer of Huntington and Bradley J. Linsenmeyer and his wife Alexandra 
    of Pittsburgh, Pa.; four sisters, Rosalie George, Francis Maier (Albie), 
    Georgann Kirtley (James) and Nancy Aluise and numerous nieces, nephews and 
    cousins. Funeral Liturgy will be 11:00 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph Church by 
    Monsignor Lawrence Luciana, Celebrant. Rite of Committal will follow in 
    Spring Hill Cemetery. Friends may call Sunday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at 
    Klingel-Carpenter Mortuary. The family extends their special thanks and 
    appreciation to Hospice of Huntington for their loving care both in the Home 
    Care Program and the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, whom the family 
    request that expressions of sympathy may be made too at PO Box 464,
