Obituary
Vincent Scott Porter,
45, of Huntington, WV. passed away Tuesday, August 5, 2014, at the Emogene
Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington. Graveside services will be conducted
at noon Friday, August 8, 2014, at the Mount Vernon Cemetery, Wayne County,
W. Va., by Rev. Frank Donnelly. Burial will follow. He was born July 19,
1969 in Cabell County, W. Va., a son of Carolyn Marshall Wheeler of
Huntington and the late Alva Clifford Porter. He was a painter. In addition
to his mother, survivors include two sons Brandon Porter of Huntington and
Vincent Porter of Florida, a daughter Nesha Porter of Florida, a brother
Danny Porter of Huntington and two sisters and brothers-in-law Bonnie and
Mike Fry of Wayne, WV and Jennifer and Larry Christian of Huntington.
Friends may call from 11:00 am till service time Friday at the cemetery.
Reger Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
