Obituary
Patricia Ann Christian,
71 of Huntington, WV, went home to be with the Lord, Friday, September 20,
2013 at her residence. She was born April 24, 1942 in Huntington, WV a
daughter of the late James and Audra Alley Dean. She was a former home
health care provider, having worked for CCCSO. In addition to her parents,
she was also preceded in death by four brothers: Carl Dean, Tommy Lee Dean,
David Brent Dean, and James Ronald Dean; two sisters: Janet Gail Workman and
Louella Walters. Those that survive her include, one son, James Terry
Christian, Sr., of Glasgow, Kentucky; one daughter, Kimberly Brown of
Huntington, West Virginia. Five grandchildren: James Terry Christian, Jr.,
Quentin Allen Christian, Alicia Young, Stephanie Tiara Brown and Brian
Alexander Brown; three, great-grandchildren: Isabella Grace Christian,
Colton Dallas Christian, and Heaven Nevaeh Christian; one brother John
Matthew Dean of Proctorville, Ohio, two sisters: Brenda Joyce Nys of
Huntington, West Virginia, Linda Carol Dean also of Proctorville, Ohio, and
a host of nieces and nephews, survive her as well. Her family would also
like to acknowledge her special friends, Larry Wolfe, Ralph Porter and
Arlene “Rose” Smail. A memorial service will be held at 26th Street Baptist
Church, officiated by Pastor Tim Arthur on Sunday, September 22, 2013. Reger
Funeral Home is assisting the family.
