    Leland "Jack" Frost 
    (February 16, 1929 - June 18, 2012)
     
    
      
     
    Leland
    "Jack" Frost, 
    83, of Huntington, went to be with his beloved Lord Monday, June 18, 2012 in 
    Cornerstone Hospital. Jack was born February 16, 1929 in Stoneboro, Penn. a 
    son of the late Clair and Reba Turner Frost. 
    He was a graduate of The Merchant Marine Academy, Long Island, N.Y. and 
    served two years as Lieutenant in the Merchant Marines and two years in the 
    US Navy. He retired after 32 years as Foreman for Norfolk Southern Railway. 
    Jack was a member of the Rome Presbyterian Church where he was Elder 
    Emeritus and attended First Presbyterian Church, a member for over fifty 
    years of Lions Club International Clubs in different locations as he moved 
    with his job and locally the Southeast Huntington Lions Club. In addition to 
    his parents he was also preceded in death by a brother and sister, Robert
    Frost and Marjorie Ammer. He is survived by 
    his wife, Marilyn "Susie" Frost; two 
    daughters and a son, Diane Roy (Daniel) of Charleston, W.Va., Mary Elizabeth 
    Connerton (Thomas) of Stanwood, Washington and Kenneth Clair
    Frost of Lexington, Ky. and several nieces 
    and nephews. A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, June 25, 2012 
    at the First Presbyterian Church by The Rev. Skip Seibel. The family will 
    receive friends after the memorial service at the Church. Klingel-Carpenter 
    Mortuary is in charge of Arrangements. In lieu of flowers memorials may be 
    made to Rome Presbyterian Church or the Southeast Huntington Lions Club.
