Kathleen O'Grady Santostefano
(November 29, 1960 - January 19, 2022)

Kathleen O'Grady Santostefano

Kathleen O'Grady Santostefano, 61 of Huntington, WV, passed away on Wednesday, January 19, 2022. She was born November 29, 1960 in Brooklyn, NY the daughter of Loretta DeCresenzo O'Grady of Brooklyn, NY and the late, Thomas O'Grady. In addition to her father, she was also preceded in death by one brother, Thomas O'Grady. She was a sales clerk at Macy's. She is survived by her husband, Anthony Santostefano of Huntington, WV. and one brother, Patrick O'Grady. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at Henson and Kitchen Mortuary, 6357 East Pea Ridge Rd. Huntington, WV near Barboursville. The family will receive friends two hour prior to services on Thursday at the Mortuary. Burial will follow in Ridgelawn Memorial Park, Huntington, WV.
