Rodger Alexancer Washington

Rodger Alexander Washington 66 of Huntington, WV passed away, Monday, December 5, 2022 in Cabell Huntington Hospital. He was born March 9, 1956 in Dunbar, WV the son of the late, Othello Washington and Mary Jo Johnson Chester. He was formerly employed with the West Virginia Bell and the P.A. Denny Riverboats. He is survived by his four children, Jaqueta Whitfield, Kirtus "Doug" Whitfield, Rodger Washington and Rogetta Washington; sisters Leslie Jackson, Shelly Rhodes and Sita Singh; brothers, Othello Washington, Marion Washington and John Washington; three grandchildren, Ta'Vahjay A. Smith, Antonio Copland and Prince Alex Copland. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Friday, December 16, 2022 at Henson and Kitchen Mortuary and Cremation Services 6357 E. Pea Ridge Rd. Huntington, WV near Barboursville. The family will receive friend an hour prior to services at Henson and Kitchen Mortuary and Cremation Services on Friday.
