Gary Thomas Rowsey
(January 25, 1939 - June 6, 2018)

Gary Thomas Rowsey, 79, of Milton passed away Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington.  He was born January 25, 1939 in Cabell County, WV, a son of the late Virgil “Jake” and Hattie Lunsford Rowsey.  He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Richard and Donald.  Gary was retired from WV American Water and was an avid hunter and outdoorsman.  He is survived by his wife, Sue Faulkner Rowsey; daughter, Debbie Rowsey of Hurricane; son and daughter-in-law, Danny and Judy Rowsey of Charleston, SC; and granddaughter, Denysa Fulton, also of Charleston, SC.  Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, June 10, 2018 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton.  Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, June 11 at the funeral home with Pastor Bill Spears officiating.  Burial will follow in Valley View Memorial Park, Hurricane.
