Sarah Katherine (Black) Bell

SARAH K. BELL, 68, of Culloden passed away Wednesday, February 28, 2018. She was born May 5, 1949, in Cabell County, W.Va., a daughter of the late Henry Black and Katherine Templeton. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Bell. Sarah is survived by her brother, David H. Black and his wife Vonda of Ona and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Friday, March 2, 2018, at Heck Funeral Home, Milton. Funeral service will follow Friday at 2:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville.
