Geneva Maye Sovine
(February 11, 1934 - December 21, 2018)

Geneva Maye Sovine, 84, of Milton, passed away Friday, December 21, 2018 in Cabell Health Care Center, Culloden.  She was born February 11, 1934 in Cabell County, WV, a daughter of the late Ellet and Burrie Wallace Sovine.  She was also preceded in death by three brothers, William Sovine, Emzie Sovine and Floyd Sherman Sovine; and one sister, Lorraine Sovine.  Geneva was a Seamstress at George’s Dry Cleaning and also worked at ECCO in Milton throughout her years.  She is survived by one niece, Linda Bird and her husband, Vernon of Culloden; four nephews, Gary Sovine of Cleveland, GA, Rick Sovine and his wife, Shay of Culloden, Bruce Sovine of Seneca, SC and Gregory Sovine of NC; longtime friends, Dorothy and Betty; and several great nieces and nephews.  Visitation will be Wednesday, December 26, 2018 from 1 to 2 p.m. at Heck Funeral Home, Milton, where funeral service will conducted at 2 p.m. by Pastor Rick Sovine.  Burial will follow in Neal Cemetery, Milton.  The family would like to thank the staff of Cabell Health Care Center for their care.
