Donnie Eugene Arthur

Donnie Eugene Arthur, 60, of Huntington, WV passed at November 12, 2015 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. He was born February 10, 1955 to the late parents; Billy Eugene Arthur and Charlotte Richie. Graveside service will be held 11:30 A.M., Tuesday, November 24 at White Chapel Memorial Gardens with Pastor Bobby Fowler officiating.
