Marie Deakin
(November 15, 1934 - February 10, 2018)

MARIE DEAKIN, 83, of Milton, W.Va., passed away Saturday, February 10, 2018, at Cabell Huntington Hospital. She was born November 15, 1934, in Lincoln County, W.Va., a daughter of the late Lee and Frona Shelton. She was preceded in death by her husband, James A. Deakin. She is survived by one daughter, Debra McCallister of Milton, and one beautiful granddaughter, Heather Marie Turner and her husband Tyler. By her request, there will be no services. She will be buried together with her husband at Forest Memorial Park in Milton at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Milton Fire Department or to a charity of one's choice. The family would like to give a special thanks to the medical staff in SICU at Cabell Huntington Hospital for their wonderful care and support. Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, is in charge of arrangements.
