Obituary
June B. Johnson,
91, of Huntington, WV, passed away Sunday November 3, 2013 at home. She was
born January 6, 1922 in Williamson, WV, a daughter of the late Golden and
Pansy Meeks Black. She was a devoted Baptist and a member of the former
Jefferson Ave. Baptist Church. She leaves behind her husband of 48 years
Fred P. Johnson. She was retired from the Huntington Dress Factory with over
25 years of service. She was a licensed Beauty Operator. In addition to her
parents she was preceded in death by father in law Orville Weddington and
mother in law Bertha Black. Left behind to remember June are friend Patsy
Cyrus, sister in law Betty Jo Johnson and cousin Eloise Carter. Funeral
services will be conducted at 1 pm Wednesday at the Reger Funeral Chapel.
Burial will follow in Meeks Cemetery, Louisa, KY. Friends may call from noon
until service time on Wednesday at the Reger Funeral Home
