    Theresa Reasor 
    (September 4, 1930 - September 9, 2017) 
     
    
      
     
    Terri Reasor, 87, passed away on 
    Saturday, September 9, 2017 peacefully in her home after a long battle with 
    cancer. Funeral and visitation will be at Fifth Avenue Baptist Church. 
    Visitation will be Tuesday, September 12, 2017 from 12pm to 2 pm with the 
    funeral service beginning at 2pm with Eric Porterfield officiating. Followed 
    by burial rites at Woodmere Memorial Park.  
    Proceeding her in death was her father Alonzo Huffman, mother Leva Huffman 
    Hereford, step-father Judge John W. Hereford, husband James Reasor, infant 
    daughter Florence Reasor and a very special granddaughter Ashley Reasor 
    Williamson. Survivors include two daughters Lou and her husband Glen 
    Williamson and Nancy and her husband Jimmie Moss; three grandchildren 
    Bethany Williamson, Jordan and Nathan Moss and two great grandchildren, 
    Sienna (Sisi) and Jace Moss; and a special group of lady friends known as 
    the Elegant Rowdies.  
    She earned her Masters degree from Marshall University in Education and 
    taught high school Home Economics, Nutrition at St. Mary’s Hospital and 
    owned and operated the Miniature Shop for many years in downtown Huntington. 
    Terri was active with the Women’s Club of Huntington serving as club 
    president 2 terms, holding various offices with GFWCi of WV, PEO chapter M 
    sisterhood, Pilot club of Huntington. She was an active member of NAME, 
    serving on the board holding many offices including the President of the 
    national association. She was awarded many honors for her service talent and 
    leadership within NAME. She was an active member of Fifth Ave. Baptist 
    Church where she was a Sunday school teacher for many years, sat on numerous 
    committees. She was also a Registered Parlimentarian. She practiced this 
    position (job) in all the above mentioned groups. 
    She touched many in her life, she will be missed by all.
