Vida Opal Tucker
(April 8, 1923 ~ October 18, 2017)

Vida Opal Tucker, 94, of Seth, WV, passed away Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at her home.  She was born April 8, 1923 in McDowell County, WV, a daughter of the late Ernest Burton and Anna Missouri Neal Tucker.  Vida worked in the dairy department of Kroger during her career.  She is survived by two sisters, Florence Alshire of Richmond, KY and Lola Violet Marie of Milton, WV; one nephew, Lee Alshire and his wife, Beverly of Richmond, KY; two nieces, Vida Ann Perrine and her husband, Steve of Ravenswood, WV and Debbie Hess and her husband, John of Cedar Grove, WV; other family members, Cindy Marie of Milton, Susan and Bill Wagoner of Barboursville, Greg Marie of Milton and Keith Marie of Milton; dear friend, John Howard and his wife, Julia Lovejoy of Seth, WV and several great nieces and nephews.  Vida will be laid to rest in the Milton Cemetery along with her family.  All services will be private as per her wishes.  Heck Funeral Home, Milton is in charge of arrangements.
