Myrtle Ann Smith was born April 8, 1956 and passed away September 1, 2021 she was proceeded in death by her special parents Mother Ruth Hensley Father James Hensley. The love of her life Lawrence Smith a special brother in law William Russell Smith JR. And a grandson Gabriel Robert Edward Carrillo Jr.
She was survived by Two daughters Ruth Ann Abbott "Jonathon Austin" of Virginia and Mary Workman "Gabriel Willoughby " of Virginia 11 Grand kids Tiffany Nicole Garrett, Connie Gale Garrett, Shawnda Michelle Garrett, Thomas Trent Garrett, Ricky Lee Garrett, all of Ohio Kayla Mae Workman, Kara Nicole Workman, Brooklynn Paige Workman, Macey Grace Workman all of West Virginia, Heaven Leann Carrillo- Adkins and Jacob Ray Carrillo-Adkins both from Virginia.
