John Henry Legg
Of Huntington, WV, passed away peacefully on August 15, 2021 at the age of Seventy-Five years, Two months and Sixteen days. He was born on May 30, 1946 in Huntington to the late Jewel Virginia Kinsler and Harry Hill. John was a long-time member of Cox Landing United Methodist Church. He leaves behind to cherish his memory; one daughter, Martina Stowers (Shelton); four grandchildren: James and Natasha Wandling & Joshua and Kaitlyn Farley; and one great-grandchild, Ryan Kenslee Farley. Also, surviving is the mother of his daughter, Rena Ward; special niece, Sandra Henderson; niece, Sherry Farley; nephew, William Farley; and special friend, Gary Henderson. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M., August 19, 2021 at Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home with Pastor Charles Mays, officiating. Family will welcome friends at 12 Noon at the funeral home.
