Garnet Ann Sparks

Garnet Ann Sparks, 81, of Ashland, KY passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at King’s Daughters Medical Center.  She was born on October 25, 1937 in Greenup County, KY; a daughter of the late Manford and Mildred (Frazier) Gearheart.  She is preceded in death along with her parents; her first husband, Arthur “Junior” Hall; her second husband, Harey Gene Sparks; son, Michael Sparks; siblings, Wendall & Earl Gearheart and Vera Mae Kinner.  She leaves behind to cherish her memories; children, Donald Hall and Anthony “Tony” Sparks; grandchildren: Christina, Michael, Brent, Jadyn, Ashlynn, Samantha and Michael.  Also, surviving are 7 great-grandchildren; sister, Judi Smith (George); and brother, Amos Geartheart (Judy).  Graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2019 at 11 a.m. at Ashland Cemetery with Pastor Brian Steele, officiating.
