Eda Mae Dunnings
(August 5, 1966 - March 9, 2019)

Eda Mae Dunnings, 52, of Huntington, WV passed away on March 9, 2019 at St. Mary’s Medical Center. She was born August 5, 1966 in Huntington, WV; a daughter of Oscar Johnson and Odessa Dunnings.  Eda loved her job at Wendy's and always greeted the customers with a smile.  Eda was preceded in death by her parents; and her siblings: Luther Reynolds, Clifford Alexander, Leslie Dunnings and Marcus Alexander; and her mother-in-law, Jan Jordan. She leaves behind to mourn her loss, her children: Renee Dunnings and Israel Canter; her siblings: Margaret Schatzendorfer, Outher Dunnings, William Dunnings, Stephen Dunnings, David Alexander and Lester Dunnings. Also surviving are her companion and father of her children, Brian Canter; sister-in-law, Tracie Canter; a host of other family members and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family request contributions be made to P.O. Box 8015, Huntington, WV 25705, C/O Brian Canter.  At this time, there will not be any public services held with the funeral home.  A memorial service will be held at a later date.
