Jerome Mitchell Goodson I, 63, of Huntington, WV passed away December 15, 2016 at Huntington Health & Rehab. He was born August 11, 1953. He was preceded in death by his father, Reed Goodson, Sr. Jerome was a long-time laborer for CSX Railroad. He leaves behind to mourn his loss; mother, Mary Martha Wigglesworth Goodson; sons, Jerome Mitchell Goodson II and Steven Tyrone Goodson (Christa); brother, Reed Goodson, Jr. (Gwendolyn); and sister, Gwen Sexton. Also surviving is the mother of Jerome's children, Doresia "Cookie" Goodson; grandchildren, Quenton Avery Sheffield, Jyles McKinley Goodson and Ethan Tyrone Goodson. At this time, there will not be any services held.
