Dana Scott Hayes, 56, of Huntington, WV passed away October 1, 2015 at Huntington Health & Rehab surrounded by family. He was born August 4, 1959 in Huntington, WV, a son to Albert Jackson Hayes and Betty Jean Brown. He is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his brother; Kent Hayes (Tawana) of Huntington, WV. Funeral Services will be held 2 P.M., Sunday, October 4, 2015 with visitation one hour prior at the funeral home with Pastor Trent Carpenter officiating. Burial will follow at Crown City Cemetery, Crown City, OH.
