    A Life Lived in Love

Sharon Motley entered into the arms of Jesus on March
1, 2015 after living a full life with family and friends. Sharon was born on
December 28, 1955. The sixth of nine children born to Clara Sorrells. She
    joined many loved ones who had gone before her. Her mom, Clara Sorrells;
stepfather, George Sorrells; father, John Bruce; daughter, Carla; brother,
Phillip and dad; grandparents, uncles, and others in the family. Sharon has
a family in Glory that loves God and awaited her arrival with open arms.
Sharon was someone who enjoyed life. She lived with laughter and peace. She
desired to help others in whatever way she could. Even though her times were
filled with challenges, she overcame them and wanted others to know that a
change is possible. Job 14:14 comes to mind as we take a loving look at
Sharon’s life, "All the days of my appointed times I will wait until my
change comes."  Sharon graduated from Huntington High School and
attended training school for nursing.  She accepted Christ as Lord and
Savior at an early age and was a member of Full Gospel Assembly. She knew
the same God of her Grandparents, Mom, and many of us her family. She would
sing loud. She would dance. She enjoyed praising God.  She leaves to
cherish her memory, her daughters, Kelly Motley, Tashawna Motley, and Gracy
Ezibe; her grand kids, Kiomi, Kimani, Dwight, Sha'keila, Ni'keya, Steven,
Delmarie, Trey'nea, Meana, Jeremiah, Jaiyrehn, Jerrzhey, Cherelia, Manara,
Kristopher, Alexander, Cantasia, Charles, and six great-grandchildren. She
will be remembered by her sisters, Claudia of Huntington WV, Lenora and
Greta, both of Columbus OH; her brothers, Mitchell of Detroit MI, Ronald of
Columbus OH, Henry (Telese) of Detroit MI, and Jerome (Vickie) of Columbus
OH; a special cousin, Cynthia Johnson Clemens, and special friend, Thelma
Jackson Davis. There are a host of relatives and friends who will never
forget her smile, love and spirit.
