William Edward "Ed" Bartlett Jr.
(January 7, 1953 - June 21, 2009)

William Edward “Ed” Bartlett Jr; 56, of Huntington went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 21, 2009. A celebration of his life will be held 4 pm Friday, June 26, 2009 at Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home, Huntington with Rev. Roger Adams. Ed was born January 7, 1953 in Huntington, a son of William E. Bartlett Sr. and the late Wilma Jean Harless Bartlett. He was an estimator for May Contracting Inc. Survivors include his loving wife, Joyce Dunkle Bartlett; two daughters, Rebecca Houck of Huntington and Andrea (Steven) Whittington of Buffalo,WV, one sister, Barbara Davis of Huntington; four grandchildren, Ryan and Rachael Houck of Huntington and Braylon and Miley Whittington of Buffalo; a very special mother-in-law, Jean Dunkle; and his faithful companion Bart. A host of loving relatives and friends also survive. Visitation will be 6 to 8 pm, Thursday at the funeral home.
