Obituary

Ruby F. Wright, 74, of Huntington, passed away Sunday, November 16, 2008 at her residence. Service will be 12 pm Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at Full Gospel Assembly Church with Rev. Samuel Moore officiating. Interment will follow in Meadow Haven Memorial Park, Ingram Branch, WV. Ruby was born July 11, 1934 in Burnwell, WV, a daughter of the late Tazwell and Nannie Blackstock Franklin. She retired from Cabell-Huntington Hospital where she worked in Patient Registration. She was preceded in death by her sister, and best friend Grace Crisp-Hood. She is survived by two brothers, Tazwell (Barbara) Franklin Jr. of Youngstown, OH and Kenneth Franklin of Lima, OH; four sisters Martha (Mike) Pace of Lima, OH, Brenda J. Gregory of Huntington, Emma Franklin of Lima, OH, and Ida Franklin of Huntington. Several loving nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends also survive. She is also survived by her son Bernie Wright, his wife Jeanna and her grandson William Tazwell of Antioch, TN. Visitation will be Monday from 6 to 8 pm at Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home.
