Obituary

Dixie Marie Davis Sowards 69, widow of Harry C. Davis passed away June 7, 2007 at Cornerstone Hospital of Huntington. She had been employed by Coyne Textile for 25 years. Dixie is survived by two daughters; Linda Stewart and DeeAnna Chapman, two sons; Rick Legge, and Michael Legg, one sister Katherine Morris and brother Wilburn Perry, and four grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00pm Saturday at Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Woodmere Memorial Park. Visitation will be Friday from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at the funeral home.
