Obituary
ALMEDA LOUISE McDANIELS,
73, widow of Robert McDaniels, passed away on Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at
the Emogene Dolin-Jones Hospice House in Huntington. She was born on October
14, 1941 in Guyandotte, a daughter of the late George and Lillian Marie
(Bush) Bills. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in
death by a son, Robert Lee McDaniels and a grandson, Allen James Parsons.
She is survived by sons, John (Kristen) McDaniels of Huntington, George
(Pam) McDaniels of Guyandotte, Larry McDaniels of Huntington and Billy (Chandra)
McDaniels of Guyandotte; daughter, Thelma (James) Harper of Nitro; sisters
Elsie Juanita Hubbard of Huntington and Elizabeth Rachael Yates of Kenova;
14 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
The family wishes to thank the CCCSO for their kind assistance. Funeral
services will be conducted on Friday, June 12, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Beard
Mortuary, Huntington, with Pastor David Fairburn officiating. Burial will
follow at Green Valley Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until
time of the service at the mortuary.
