Blankenship, Albert Orlando - Date of Death: Sunday, 8/25/1957

Albert O. Blankenship - Eighty-seven years old, of Huntington, Route 1, died yesterday at the home.
 He was a retired farmer and was a lifelong resident of Cabell County.
 Funeral rites will be conducted at 2:30 P. M. tomorrow at the Dillon Methodist Chapel at Melissa by the Rev. O. S. Donahoe and the Rev. Paul D. Houston.
Burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery. The body will be taken to the home of a son, Ernest Blankenship of Huntington, Route 1,
 from the Wallace Funeral Home at Barboursville at 4 P. M. today, and will be taken to the church at 1:30 P. M. tomorrow.
 Surviving in addition to the son are three other sons, Albert S. and Marlin Blankenship of Huntington, Route 1 and Reece Blankenship of Barboursville, Route 2;
 two daughters, Mrs. Howard E. Smith of Miami, Fla., and Miss Becky Blankenship of Huntington, Route 1, and 17 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
